Cookie Boy cookies are made from scratch in super small batches, in our home kitchen in Cleveland. Every batch is prepared with meticulous attention to detail, measuring each ingredient by weight to ensure consistency between batches. We use top shelf ingredients in our cookies - many of them local and organic. We believe that ingredient quality is what separates a good cookie from a decent cookie. Every order is baked fresh. We do not prepare cookie dough ahead of time and freeze/thaw. We offer superior quality and flavors to northeast Ohio. No need to travel to NY or LA to find the most decent cookies in the US - they're right here in Cleveland!

We're an online cookie shop. We do not have a storefront at this time. We operate out of our house, so please no unplanned visitors 😜 Cookies can only be purchased directly from our website or at Ready Set Coffee in the Gordon Square / Edgewater Neighborhood of Cleveland. We drop fresh cookies to them on Mondays and Wednesdays around 8AM. They typically sell out quickly so we recommend getting there early. Our chocolate chip cookies are featured on the menu at The Xmas Bar at Hi-5 in the Cleveland Flats from November 8 through December 2024.

We are not currently equipped to ship our cookies. We can ship non-food items from our merch shop.

Yes - the order minimum to checkout is $25. Individual cookies can be purchased at Ready Set Coffee or at one of our pop-up events around Cleveland. Follow @cookieboycle on Instagram for our latest pop-up announcements.

Cookies can be picked up at Cookie Boy's house in Tremont. 2328 Scranton Road Cleveland OH 44113 It's a light green house and your order will be labeled with your name on the front porch. You can just walk up and grab it when you arrive. You selected at pickup date and time range when you ordered, so make sure to come on the right day, at the right time. There are no refunds for missed pickups.

Cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for 3-4 days. For the best taste, you should eat them in the first couple of days! We don't recommend freezing your cookies. They get kinda weird after they freeze and thaw. You can reheat cookies in the oven at 350°F for 3-4 minutes

We currently have one vegan cookie, though it is not gluten-free. Vegan Boy is a cornflake marshmallow cookie. We're always testing new recipes and are working towards accommodating all dietary restrictions. Follow @cookieboycle on Instagram for new flavor announcements.
